A Message to Those with Knowledge of These Events

Over the course of these events, I had contact with a number of individuals—both within and outside of the organizations involved—who initially communicated with me and, in some cases, later ceased communication. I have also been informed, directly and indirectly, that certain individuals may have been advised or instructed not to engage further. I cannot speak to the reasons for those decisions, but the pattern is something I believe warrants reflection.

It is also important to note that I initiated contact with very few individuals in connection with these matters. In most instances, initial outreach was made to me, not by me, and those lines of communication were opened by the individuals themselves.

As part of this process, I am submitting materials to appropriate authorities for independent review. Those materials include information relating to individuals and events reflected in the record. Any determinations regarding relevance, involvement, or the role of any individual are matters for the appropriate authorities—not for me.

The pattern of disengagement is, in my view, notable and raises questions that I believe warrant review by the appropriate authorities.

I recognize that these events may have been difficult for a number of people. Where individuals are referenced on this site, it is in connection with documented involvement and after reasonable opportunities were provided for response, including outreach through third parties.

It is also worth noting that, while the company did not bring legal action against me directly, legal action was initiated by a former employee whose legal representation was funded or supported by the company in a private matter. I include that here as part of the overall timeline and context in which these events occurred. Additional information regarding that matter will be presented through court filings, interrogatories, and related materials.

If you are someone who had knowledge of these events, or who was involved in any way and chose not to speak—or felt that you could not speak—I would simply ask that you consider why. This is not written to assign blame to individuals. People make decisions for many reasons, often based on the circumstances they are placed in.

At the same time, I recognize that situations like this can place individuals in difficult positions, particularly when there are competing pressures, expectations, or interests involved. Anyone who chooses to reach out in good faith—whether to provide information, share their perspective, or clarify prior interactions—will be treated with respect and without judgment.

• Why did certain individuals—who initially reached out to me, often repeatedly and with substantial information—suddenly cease communication?

• Were there factors, influences, or pressures that contributed to those decisions? If so, why?

• Why were opportunities for direct discussion declined when requested?

• What explains the broader pattern of disengagement that followed initial contact?

• Are there relevant perspectives or information that have not yet been shared—and if so, why?

These questions are presented not as conclusions, but as points of reflection for anyone reviewing the materials provided on this site.
