White Flag Warrior started as my story.
Today, it is becoming something much bigger.
Since launching this website and sharing my experiences, I have heard from people across hospitality and other industries who describe remarkably similar situations. Different companies. Different careers. Similar stories.
Many felt targeted.
Many felt ignored.
Many felt powerless to fight back.
Most stayed silent because they had too much to lose.
Families.
Careers.
Reputations.
Mortgages.
Lives.
I understand that because the first time it happened to me, I walked away.
The second time, I didn't.
I chose to fight.
I chose to preserve the evidence.
I chose to ask the questions that I believe should have been asked years ago.
And I chose to create a place where others can tell their stories as well.

This effort is bigger than me.
